It's reported that Microsoft is offering a free copy of action shooter Undertow to Xbox Live subscribers in order to compensate the network issues faced by users during the festive period. One of the major causes of this issue may include the fact that Xbox Live hit the 10 million subscriber milestone over the holiday period, and so many users accessing the network would have certainly caused such a big problem.
